The Stress Antidote

Feel Like More Yourself Again

A practical, science-based approach to stress that helps you become more present and feel more connected to your body.

The reality is that we are all carrying a certain degree of stress, whether we are aware of it or not. Over time, this stress can impact our physical health, our relationships, and our overall enjoyment of life.

The problem most people face is that they aren't aware of how much they're carrying. With chronic stress, we can lose the ability to hear what our bodies are telling us. That two-way communication between body and mind breaks down.

Through simple practices we can rebuild that connection — detecting stress earlier, as it arises in the body. When we can feel it, we can take care of it and protect our energy and state of being. It may sound too simple, but it's truly effective — and it doesn't take years to rebuild this connection.

You cannot calm the storm. So stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.

Rebuilding Mind-Body Connection

Through simple practices like mindful breathing, cold plunging and sauna we can learn to build a stronger mind-body connection, recognize stress earlier and learn to calm ourselves before the stress takes us over.

What to Expect

Discussion & Breathwork

We begin with a conversation about stress, the mind-body connection, and nervous system regulation, before moving into a guided breathwork session designed to bring you into the body, awaken the senses, and deepen present-moment awareness.

Cold Immersion

We then move into an optional 30 to 60 sec cold plunge. The cold brings you fully into the present moment while gently challenging both mind and body, helping to lower stress, build resilience, and train your ability to consciously regulate your response to stress.

Heat & Light

To close, we move into a 15-minute infrared sauna session paired with red light therapy. Together, they support recovery, help reduce inflammation, enhance cellular energy, and guide the body into a deeply restorative state.

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your body, practical breathwork tools you can use anytime, and a clearer understanding of the impact chronic stress can have on the body.

Through breathwork, cold, sauna and community, most people experience a genuine nervous system reset—feeling calmer, clearer, and more like themselves.

Perhaps most importantly, you’ll be reminded that you’re not alone. Connection itself can be part of feeling calm and present.

Price: $45

We are offering the workshop for Free till June 13. We just ask for your honest feedback.

You just need to bring swim wear and please arrive 10 min early so we can get started right on time. Thanks!

About Us

I know what it’s like to live in a constant stress state.

Hi, I’m Dustin, one of the founders of Redox Wellness. Growing up I had a dad who had severe asthma and couldn’t breathe well. As a result, he often struggled to self-regulate and was prone to sudden angry outbursts—often directed at my mom. Even though I knew I was physically safe and there was still a lot of love in the household, the emotional environment often felt quite volatile.

My stress and anxiety certainly wasn’t just from my parents. I also had negative experiences at school and didn’t feel comfortable there either. As a result, I carried a lot of tension, resentment, shame, and never quite felt at ease.

Over time, that showed up physically and mentally for me through things like anxiety, back pain, and severe migraines. Looking back, I can see that I was often just a tight ball of nervous energy, feeling deeply uncomfortable in my own skin.

Those experiences became the beginning of my healing journey about 12 years ago—one that led me into a healthier way of being, opened the door to starting a wellness business, and ultimately shaped what Redox has become today: a space for people to relax, recharge, and access practical tools that support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

I’m grateful to now share what has helped me along the way, and to support others on their own path.
