The Redox Experience

Our goal is simple: to ensure you have a great experience and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Getting the Most Out of Your Session

Don’t overdo it. More isn’t always better. The goal is to leave feeling energized—not wiped out. Listen to your body, and over time you’ll naturally build a tolerance to both the heat and the cold.

30–60 seconds in the cold is plenty. Even 15 seconds is enough to feel the difference. Over time, you can work up to a minute or two—but honestly, the time matters less than how you approach it. Stay present, focus on your breath, and let yourself settle into the cold rather than just trying to survive it.

Trying cold for the first time? We’re happy to help. A few simple breathing techniques can support you getting in and feel much more comfortable in the cold.

Don’t forget to hydrate. You’ll want to replenish the fluids lost through sweating. Drink water before and after your session to help your body regulate temperature and recover. It can make a big difference in how you feel during and after your visit.

Each sauna is a private, individual space, while our cold plunges are shared—creating a balance between personal time and a sense of community. We’ve designed the space so it never feels crowded or overwhelming.

We also have three private change rooms with showers, so you can rinse of and get changed without a crowded communal space.

We’re always around if you have questions or need support.
