The Redox Reset Workshop

Feel Like Yourself Again

Reset Your Nervous System, Reset Your Life

So many people’s nervous systems are stuck in overdrive—ruminating thoughts, feeling drained, tension, headaches, and simply not feeling like yourself. These are all signs of an overtaxed system.

In today’s world, this has become incredibly common. The frenetic pace of life, constant demands, and nonstop change can keep us trapped in survival mode.

In this workshop, we teach you how to shift out of that state and begin feeling more grounded, present, and connected within yourself.

It doesn’t take years of practice—just a willingness to learn something new and a small daily commitment to yourself

You cannot calm the storm. So stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.

— Timber Hawkeye

This is where we come in.

Through simple practices like mindful breathing, cold plunging and sauna we can learn to reset our nervous system and reestablish a sense of control over our physiology and our mind.

What to Expect

Discussion & Breathwork

We begin with a conversation about stress, the mind-body connection, and nervous system regulation before moving into a guided breathwork session. Through simple, practical breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to shift your mental and physiological state—experiencing firsthand how breath can become a powerful tool for stress reduction and self-regulation.

Cold Immersion

We then move into an optional 30 to 60 second cold plunge. The cold pulls you fully into the present moment while challenging mind and body, helping lower stress, build resilience, and teach you how to consciously regulate your response to discomfort. Most people leave surprised—not just by the cold, but by what they’re capable of.

Heat & Light

To close, we shift into a 15-minute infrared sauna session paired with red light therapy. Together, they support recovery, reduce inflammation, enhance cellular energy, and help move the body into a deeply restored state—leaving you feeling grounded, recharged, and mentally quiet.

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your body, practical breathwork tools you can use anytime, and a clearer understanding of the impact chronic stress can have on the body.

Through breathwork, cold, sauna and community, most people experience a genuine nervous system reset—feeling calmer, clearer, and more like themselves.

Perhaps most importantly, you’ll be reminded that you’re not alone. Connection itself can be part of the healing.

Who We Are

I know what it’s like to live in a constant stress state.

I grew up in a tense household with a dad who had severe asthma and couldn’t breathe well. As a result, he often struggled to self-regulate and was prone to sudden angry outbursts—often directed at my mom. Even though I knew I was physically safe and there was still a lot of love in the household, the emotional environment often felt quite volatile.

My stress and anxiety certainly wasn’t just from my parents. I also had negative experiences at school and didn’t feel safe there either. As a result, I carried a lot of tension, resentment, shame, and never quite felt at ease.

Over time, that showed up physically and mentally for me through things like anxiety, back pain, and severe migraines. Looking back, I can see that I was often just a tight ball of nervous energy, feeling deeply uncomfortable in my own skin.

Those experiences became the beginning of my healing journey about 12 years ago—one that led me into a healthier way of being, opened the door to starting a wellness business, and ultimately shaped what Redox has become today: a space for people to relax, recharge, and access practical tools that support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

I’m grateful to now share what has helped me along the way, and to support others on their own path. We’re all learning this together.
