Growing up in a household with five boys, I watched my mom work tirelessly and rarely take time for herself.
Part of our mission at Redox is to create a space where women can truly relax, recharge, and take a moment for themselves.
*Fortunately, I was able to get my mom a little sauna and red light of her own in Victoria!
The Facts
Many women are carrying a lot—balancing family, work, and the mental and physical load that comes with it.
Over time it adds up:
Around 80% of autoimmune conditions affect women
Women report higher levels of stress than men
Ongoing stress can impact energy, sleep, and overall well-being
What we often see is people overdoing sauna and cold plunging—sometimes adding unnecessary stress to the body rather than relieving it.
We take a more gentle approach—starting slowly and learning to listen to your body.
What to Expect
Step 1: Guided Breathing
Gentle, guided breathing to help you settle, unwind and feel more present.
Step 3: Cold Immersion
An optional 30–60 second cold plunge at 12°C, with guidance and support.
Step 2: Heat & Light
A 10 minute warm sauna session with red light to ease tension and recharge.
