WHAT TO BRING
You just need to bring swimwear and a water bottle. We provide towels, water, showers & hairdryers.

You will have your own infrared sauna with a privacy curtain but it is in a shared space so bathing suits are recommended.

We have free parking at the back of our building! You may park anywhere that doesn’t say reserved and you don’t need to register your license plate.

Yes! You may share your private sauna with a friend or family member. If they are new it’s would be an additional $20. Our regular guest rate is $30.

Red and infrared light are among the safest and most well-researched wavelengths. Studies consistently show that they offer powerful therapeutic and healing benefits—mimicking the most beneficial parts of natural sunlight with virtually no adverse side effects.

We start start at around 60 C and the temperature will gradually increase during your session. You can cool the sauna down at any point simply by opening the door.

We keep our cold plunges between 9–12°C—cold enough to get the benefits, but not so cold that you turn into an ice cube.
